Since 1995, Liesbeth Dedert has developed into a multi-disciplinary plastic artist, creating paintings from various materials, bronzes and sculptures.

Through private lessons with various teachers and taking interesting workshops she has mastered many techniques. Through the years she has developed her own specific style in the paintings and sculptures she makes.

The main source of inspiration is water: the movement and fluid patterns of flowing water, the smoothness of ice, waves at sea and water creatures are recurrent themes. Many of her works have found their way in the Netherlands, New Zealand, America and Canada.
